Steel House

A little over a decade ago, Donald Wexler drew up the last known plans commissioned from the famed architect.  Utilizing these original plans, Hoffman Yann Builders was contracted to build this unique steel post-and-beam home being built in south Palm Springs.  Featuring polished concrete floors, an interior/exterior contiguous reflection pool and most structural steel exposed throughout the home, Hoffman Yann Builders and designer, Marc Sanders, are meticulously staying true to Wexler’s aesthetic philosophies.
